Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial for $1, charged when you start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged again and keep access until the trial ends. If you don’t cancel, your subscription renews at your plan’s monthly price when the trial ends. The trial fee is not refundable.

You can cancel any time from your billing settings, with no fees or notice period. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, then your subscription ends and campaigns stop sending.

Subscription charges are not refundable, including for partial months, unused time, or a period in which you didn’t use the service. We don’t pro-rate refunds when you cancel mid-period.

This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the law. If you were charged in error (for example, charged twice, or after you cancelled), email us and we will refund the incorrect charge.

You can switch between plans from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
