// Why OrganicChat
Built to never leave a comment on read.
Big chatbot platforms try to do everything for everyone. We do one thing, and we obsess over every single comment getting its DM.
Limited
spots per server
We cap signups so nothing gets skipped
We only take on as many accounts as our servers can handle comfortably. Your DMs never wait in line behind thousands of strangers, even when your reel blows up.
2x
ways we catch comments
We catch the comments Instagram drops
Instagram's live notifications quietly skip lots of comments: collapsed replies, non-followers, quieter accounts. We also sweep your posts on a schedule and DM anyone who slipped through.
$0
extra when you go viral
Flat price. No contact tax.
You pay per Instagram account, not per contact. A reel that pulls in 10,000 new people doesn't bump you into a pricier tier.
| Compare | OrganicChat | Other tools |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | Instagram accounts, flat monthly price | Often per contact, so the bill grows with your audience |
| When a reel goes viral | Same price | Can push you into a pricier tier |
| Comments Instagram doesn't notify | Swept up and DM'd automatically | Usually rely on notifications alone |
| Capacity | Limited spots so sending never gets crowded | Open to everyone |
| Setup | One form: post, keyword, message | Complex flow builders to learn |
| Focus | Instagram comment-to-DM, done really well | Do-everything chatbot platforms |
| Getting started | Every feature for $1 for 7 days | Key features locked behind upgrades |

// Questions
Good to know
Is this allowed by Instagram?+
Yes. OrganicChat uses Meta's official Instagram API and private replies, the same way approved partners do. No scraping, no password sharing, no automation that breaks the rules.
What kind of Instagram account do I need?+
A professional account (Creator or Business). Switching is free in the Instagram app and takes a minute.
Will people know it's automated?+
The DM comes from your account and reads however you write it. Rotating public replies and optional follow-ups keep it feeling personal.
What counts as an account?+
Each Instagram professional account you connect. Sprout covers one at a time, so you can disconnect it and connect a different one whenever you like. Forest has no limit.
How does the $1 trial work?+
You pay $1 today and get full access to your plan for 7 days. After that it renews at the plan price each month. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged again.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel from settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Your next reel could DM everyone who asks.
Try it for a week for $1. Let your comments do the selling.
