Data Deletion

Sign in, open Settings, and select Disconnect next to the account. This immediately deletes the stored Instagram access token and stops all campaigns for that account.

Disconnecting also permanently deletes that account’s campaigns, DM logs, link-click history and follower history. Reconnecting later starts fresh.

You can also remove OrganicChat from Instagram itself: in the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find OrganicChat, and remove it. Once removed, OrganicChat can no longer read or send messages for the account.

To delete your OrganicChat account and all workspace data (team members, campaigns, logs, tracked links and settings), email support@organicchat.io from the address you sign in with. Include your workspace name and the Instagram usernames connected to it. Cancel any active subscription first so you aren’t charged again.

OrganicChat stores your Instagram username, user ID and the comment or message text to deliver our customer’s campaign. To have it deleted, email support@organicchat.io with your Instagram username.

We may ask you to confirm you control the email address or Instagram account before deleting anything. We complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or security reasons, such as billing records. See our Privacy Policy for more.
